Born, bred, and educated in the Netherlands, Maaike Evers (pronounced MYY-kuh) brings a progressively dutch and uniquely female perspective to design. Equally inspired by the tradition of craft and the potential of industry, she has developed complex high-tech products as well as artful and personal objects. Maaike was formerly a senior designer at Fitch Inc. and a design director at Lunar Design where she managed award-winning projects for a diverse range of clients including HP, Adidas, Heath Ceramics, Palm, and Iomega. Maaike graduated Cum Laude from the Academy of Industrial Design in Eindhoven.
